At Crafty Enterprise, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that wellness and personal growth are essential foundations for lifelong resilience, stability, and success. We understand that people thrive when communities come together to offer encouragement, connection, and meaningful opportunities. For this reason, our model goes beyond individual support to include youth sports sponsorship, educational workshops, mentorship, and resources that reduce stigma for individuals and families impacted by addiction and justice involvement.

We collaborate with schools, nonprofits, community leaders, and recovery-focused organizations to create pathways where youth and adults can build confidence, strengthen life skills, and access the resources they deserve. By combining mentorship, education, recreation, and advocacy, we provide a full circle of support that promotes positive identity development, community engagement, and long-term empowerment.

We provide workshops, trainings, and educational programs for organizations, schools, families, and community groups on essential topics that strengthen wellness, connection, and long-term support, including:

• Community Support through Recovery Coaching: building supportive relationships that promote hope, stability, and personal growth. 
• Peer Support & Mentorship: empowering lived experience as a bridge to encouragement, resilience, and success. 
• Mental Health First Aid Training: equipping communities to recognize challenges and respond with confidence and care. 
• Stigma Reduction & Advocacy: changing perceptions and creating inclusive spaces where individuals and families feel supported.

In addition to our training and mentorship work, Crafty Enterprise LLC provides resource and service connections for both youth and adults. We support individuals and families by linking them to trusted community partners and programs that address:

• Behavioral health service navigation for adults and youth

Crafty Enterprise also offers peer supervision for individuals seeking Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) certification in Maryland. Our supervision emphasizes ethics, advocacy, skill development, and professional growth, ensuring that peer professionals are equipped to make a meaningful impact in the behavioral health workforce.

 Crafty Enterprise takes a holistic, community-centered approach to wellness, mentorship, and recovery support. We believe lasting growth happens not only through services, but through education, empowerment, strong relationships, and access to meaningful resources.

 Crafty Enterprise is proud to partner with Arise Behavioral Health, a progressive mental wellness provider serving individuals and families across Maryland. Through this collaboration, clients have access to a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health services delivered by licensed clinicians and compassionate multidisciplinary teams.

Services available through Arise Behavioral Health include:

• Individual and family counseling 
• Evidence-based psychotherapy and therapeutic support 
• Psychiatric evaluations and medication management 
• Person-centered treatment planning and recovery-oriented care 
• Support for youth, adults, and families navigating mental health challenges
   

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening communities by ensuring individuals receive timely, respectful, and clinically appropriate care.

Arise Behavioral Health also provides Mobile Treatment Services (MTS) for youth and adults enrolled in Maryland’s Public Behavioral Health System (PBHS) who experience serious mental health needs or require a higher level of support than traditional outpatient therapy can provide.

In alignment with COMAR regulations, MTS delivers intensive, community-based services designed to meet clients where they are, including:

• In-home support 
• School-based interventions 
• Community and field-based services 
• Crisis stabilization and continuity of care 
• Skill-building, engagement, and recovery support
   

Mobile Treatment Services are ideal for individuals who benefit from flexible, wraparound care delivered in real-world settings.

MTS helps ensure that care reaches those who need it most—quickly, safely, and with dignity.
